The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages using a headless browser to analyze ad technology configurations, header bidding setups, privacy compliance, and other ad-related parameters. The Service generates reports with scores, recommendations, and actionable insights.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to provide your name, email address, and other information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

5. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its scoring algorithms, check methodologies, report formats, and recommendation engine, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated for your websites are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not redistribute our scoring methodology or algorithms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Audit results are based on automated analysis and may not capture every aspect of your ad setup. We do not guarantee specific revenue improvements from following our recommendations. Results may vary based on website configuration, traffic patterns, and external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Handling

We only access publicly available information on your website. We do not access private dashboards, analytics accounts, or any non-public data. For details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
